Instructions: Soak the noodles acording to the packet instructions. Drain well.
Thinly slice the pork fillet. Heat the sunflower oil in a preheated wok or large frying pan and cook the pork over high heat until golden brown and cooked through. Add the sesame oil to the wok or frying pan, with the garlic, spring onions, and peppers. Cook over a high heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are beginning to soften. Reduce the heat slightly and stir in the noodles, with the soy-sauce and rice wine or sherry. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the beansprouts and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. If the noodles begin to stick, add a splash of water. Stir in the parsley and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds. Email this Recipe:
