Instructions: Brown pork chops in large skillet over medium heat until browned on both sides. Move to a large pot and add broth, soy sauce, ginger, celery, bean sprouts, (water chestnuts), and mushrooms; mix well. Cover; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine cornstarch and water; blend until smooth. Stir cornstarch mixture into pork mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens. Pour in bag of chow mein noodles, put lid on and check periodically until noodles are soft. Stir frequently as it will stick to the bottom of the pot.
