1/2 lb Lean Boneless Pork
Tenderloin
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Wine Vinegar
1 x Clove Garlic minced
1/2 tsp Oregano crushed
2 sm Onions quartered
1 lrg Bell Pepper cut in 1" pieces
Instructions:
Instructions: Trim fat and cut pork into 1" cubes. Combine juice, vinegar, garlic and oregano. Place pork, onion, pepper and mushrooms in a bowl; add marinade, then cover and marinate 2 hours at room temperature. Put pork and vegetables alternately on skewers; grill over medium heat, turning frequently. Baste with marinade every 12-15 minutes or until meat is done.

Serves 6.
