Instructions: (Recipe for a 7 lb. crown roast/16 ribs)
Jean Pare. Combine all ingredients and rub into roast. For a crown roast, place in roaster, bone ends down. Cover and roast at 325 F for 2 hours. Stuff with following recipe. Return to oven and roast until temp reaches 170 F, about 1.5 hours more. ** Note: when I made the crown roast to these times, it was so tender that the rib bones fell out as I removed it from the pan.
