Ingredients:

1 x (4-lb) pork loin roast
Cavenders Greek seasoning
1/2 cup Dry white wine
2 tbl Butter
1/2 cup Apple jelly
1/2 cup Applesauce
1/2 cup Whipping cream
3 x Apples, cored and cut in half
6 tbl Brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle roast liberally with Cavenders Greek Seasoning. Roast at 350 for 2 hours. Drain fat. Heat together wine, butter, jelly, applesauce and cream until well mixed. Place apples around roast and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Return to oven for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with wine mixture.

Yield: 6 servings.
