2 lb pork roast (to 3 lbs.)
1 lrg onion chopped
4 x peeled potatoes (to 6)
----------------- Bubbat ----------------
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1 pch salt
milk
1 x egg
1/2 cup raisins
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut in serving pieces. Put in Dutch oven. Add 1 large onion,chopped,salt & pepper to taste. Brown & let this simmer for 1-1/2 hours on top of range. Now add 4-6 peeled potatoes & cover with bubbat. Bake 1-1-1/2 hours in 350 oven.

Bubbat: Sift dry ingredients. Add slightly beaten egg & enough milk to make medium soft dough. Add fruit.
