1 can sliced peaches - (16 oz) drained
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 sm onion
1 tbl prepared mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except roast in blender or food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Place roast in crock and pour chutney over top. Cover and cook on: = 1 (Low) for 8 hours.

= Auto Shift 6 hours.

= 2 (High) 4 hours.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

NOTES :
This recipe can be cooked in either a 4-quart or 6-quart slowcooker. If the ingredient listed gives a range, (3 to 4 pounds) choose the smaller quantity when using a 4-quart model.
