500 gm lean Pork Leg Strips, OR
500 gm lean Diced Pork
1 tbl canola oil
250 ml satay sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least an hour. Thread pork onto skewers, season with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Grill or barbecue.

Allow 2-3 minutes for pork leg strips or 8 - 10 minutes for diced pork.

Serve with your favorite prepared satay sauce, boiled rice and cucumber and mint salad.

NOTES : Makes 8 - 10 skewers.

Cooking Time: 2-10 minutes (depending on pork cut)
