Instructions: Cut each piece of pork into 6 pieces.
Mix all marinade ingredients except cornflour together with pork. Let stand for 30 minutes. Then add cornflour and mix well to coat. Heat oil in wok for frying. When hot add pork in batches and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes. Lift from oil with wire basket, drain well. In a separate pan, heat sauce ingredients with 2 extra teaspoons of oil. Bring to boil. Add pork to sauce and heat to boiling. Serve with rice and garnish with sliced tomatoes. Email this Recipe:
