Instructions: Brown meat in a frying pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place meat in a roasting pan. Put vegetables, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms on top of meat. Last, put mushroom soup over top. Cover roasting pan and bake at 375 F for 1 hour or until tender. Good served with boiled potatoes or rice.
