Instructions: * Thinly sliced boneless pork chops work well
Cut pork into thin strips Place in dish Press limes for juice and pour over pork, turning pork so all strips are thoroughly coated. Refrigerate overnight The next day, remove the pork from the lime juice. It will look white in the places that were submerged in lime juice as the acidity of the lime has nearly "cooked" the meat.
