1 tbl vegetable oil
2 x pork tenderloins - (1 1/2 to 2 lbs total)
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 x garlic clove minced
1/3 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Rub the pork with the sage, salt, and pepper. Add the pork to the skillet and brown on all sides.

Add the garlic and water, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 15 to 17 minutes, or until desired doneness.

Sprinkle with the parsley, cut into thin slices, and serve with the pan drippings.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
