Instructions: Cut tenderloin into approximately 8 slices; place each slice between 2 sheets of wax paper and flatten to 1/2" thickness. Sprinkle pork with lemon pepper. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; cook pork for 3 or 4 minutes per side or till no longer pink. Remove to serving platter and keep warm. To the pan juices add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Heat through, stirring
