Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb pork tenderloin - (to 2 lbs)
3 cup packaged stuffing mix - (10 to 12 oz)
2 tbl dried celery flakes
(or 1 celery rib, chopped)
1 tbl dried onion flakes
(or 1 small onion, chopped)
1/3 cup finely-chopped dried apricots
1 x apple peeled, cored,
and finely chopped
3/4 cup hot water
1 can 98% fat-free cream of celery soup
Instructions:
Instructions: Slice pork tenderloins about 1 1/2-inch thick; place in 3 1/2-quart or larger crock pot. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spoon over pork slices. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
