Instructions: Place pork and apricots in a bowl with all other ingredients except glace cherries and mix well. Leave to marinate for about 1 hour in the fridge.
Place a glace cherry in the hollow of each apricot half. Thread the pork and apricots onto the bamboo skewers. Place under preheat griller/broiler and cook until pork has browned and apricots are glazed. Note: This recipe included a pinch of MSG but I removed it, as I dont use MSG at all. Email this Recipe:
