Instructions: 1. In a soup pot, saute the pork over high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and saute for 5 minutes.
2. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes. This recipe yields 6 servings.
