Ingredients:

3/4 lb lean boneless pork
1 med onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 tbl cooking oil
3 cup frozen loose-pack broccoli, cauliflower,
and carrots
4 oz medium dried noodles or curly medium noodles(3 cups)
1 x 10-3/(4-ounce) can reduced-sodium condensed cream of
celery soup
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp dried marjoram or thyme, crushed
Instructions:
Instructions: Trim fat from pork. Cut pork into thin bite-size strips. In a 12 inch skillet cook and stir pork and onion in hot oil over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or till pork is no longer pink. Stir in frozen vegetables, noodles, soup, broth, water, marjoram or thyme, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or till noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 servings.
