350 x Oven - 2 Hours
1/2 x inch Pork Chops ( use center cuts)
1 med size onion (Thinly sliced)
3 x + Lb potatoes (Thinly Sliced)
2 x - 3 cans Stewed Tomatoes
Instructions:
Instructions: In a pan that can hold 6 Pork Chops singly. (use an oblong cake pan) Layer starting with Potatoes, then, onion and salt and pepper to taste, until gone.

Rinse Pork chops and lay on top of Potatoes and Onion and pour Stewed Tomatoes over top pretty much covering Pork Chops. Cover and Bake. Last Half-hour, uncover and continue baking; the tomatoes should brown some... Delicious re-heated. You can stretch this recipe by adding more potatoes.
