Instructions: I have a great pork recipe that can also be made with chicken:
1.Brown the meat on higher heat to seal the juices. 2. Saute an onion, garlic, and a green pepper (cheaper than red or yellow, but you can use what you like) 3. Add the meat to the veggies, and add a can of tomatoes, and simmer for maybe 45 minutes or so, basically until the meat is cooked. 4. And, surprise, surprise, its great over rice. Email this Recipe:
