Instructions: Spray large skillet with Pam, heat on med-high. Brown pork pieces. Add tomato soup, mix well. Add brown sugar to desired sweetness and mix well. Reduce heat, cover & simmer while you chop up the apple. Add apple pieces, stir well, cover again & simmer 20-30 minutes. Serve over Rice with your choice of vegetable.
