4 lb Boneless Pork Loin
1 can Guava Marmalade, (20 oz.)
1 med Onion
1 tbl Powder Mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut any fat left on the tenderloin, then salt and pepper the meat well.

Using a food processor, blend the marmalade, onion and the mustard powder.

Pour over the meat and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until the meat thermometer reads 170 degrees to 185 degrees.
