Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 tbl granulated gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
1/2 cup port wine
1/4 tsp pure orange extract
1/4 tsp pure almond extract
Sugar substitute equal to 2 tbspns sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Soak gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water. Add all remaining ingredients except orange segments; mix well. Chill until it is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites; stir gently and spoon into four parfait or wine glasses. Chill until set.

Just before serving, garnish each with three orange sections.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
