3 tbl	Low-sodium soy sauce

1/2 tsp	Hot sauce

1 x	Clove garlic, halved

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate beef, pork, or lamb.

Yield: 3/4 cup.
