Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
6 cup Sour dough bread, cubed
4 stalk celery, diced
2 x Onions, diced
1 bn Parsley, chopped
1 bn Thyme, chopped
3 x Cloves garlic, minced
2 cup Monterey Portabella Mushrooms, chopped
6 x Eggs
1 cup Chicken stock
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stuffing should be moist. Adjust seasoning and stuff your bird. Roast chickens for about 8 minutes per pound at 375 F. Roast turkeys for about 18 minutes per pound at 375F.

Makes an excellent stuffing for chickens and turkeys.
