Instructions: Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Add sugar until caramelized. Puree onion in blender until smooth. Saute Portabella mushroom in 1/2 tablespoon butter. Over medium-high heat, combine cream, broth, and onion. Cook until it thickens. Cook rice as directed. Combine ingredients. Bake at 350 until heated thoroughly, 20 to 30 minutes.
