Instructions: Using a non-stick skillet saute onion and garlic in water till they are well
cooked, nice and brown. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar right at the end and let that cook off. Remove onion and garlic from pan and add mushroom. Saute mushroom till nice and brown. Pile everything on bread, add some dijon mustard, and eat. Heaven! Email this Recipe:
