Instructions: *NOTE: Original recipe called for 2 T olive oil...but since it is used to saute the onion you really dont need this much oil.
**NOTE: Original recipe used regular soy sauce but to lower the sodium I changed it to the low sodium variety. In a small skillet (so juices dont evaporate too quickly) Heat oil. Saute onion. Add water then mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the four seasonings. Simmer another 5 minutes. Blend in the cornstarch and serve.
