Instructions: Separate stem from caps. Coarsley chop stems. Saute chopped stems in margerine. Add minced garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir
in vinegar, salt, pepper and basil. Put this mixture through a food processor until finely chopped. Grill or broil caps; rounded side up, for 3 minutes. Turn over and spread processed mixture equally on each mushroom cap. Broil for 5 minutes. These can be used as hamburgers or sandwichs topped with a slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce.
