Instructions: Place pork in large heavy plastic bag. Mix well water, vinegar, peppers, garlic and salt; pour into bag, press out air and seal. Place in shallow dish and refrigerate overnight, turning pork occasionally. Remove pork from bag and place on rack in shallow roasting pan; pour marinade over. Bade in preheated 350F oven for 2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170F. Let stand 30 minutes before slicing.
