1 med sized Chuck Roast
1/2 cup Red wine
1/2 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup Beef Broth
Flour to thicken
Cooked egg noodles
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown roast in saucepan on all sides. ADD wine beef broth and garlic and simmer for an hour or more. An hour from serving add the mushrooms. THICKEN right before serving and serve over egg noodles.
