Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 x garlic cloves minced
1 cup onion chopped
2 cup lentils
1/2 qt water
1/2 cup red wine
3 tbl beef bouillon granules
1/4 cup bacon bits imitation
1 cup celery chopped with leaves
2 cup red cabbage chopped
1 pch thyme
1 pch cloves
2 x bay leaves
1 tbl flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Serves 12

Mix all ingredients except flour, salt, pepper and 1 cup of water in a
large pot. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.

Gradually add water to flour, stir ot whisk till smooth, and stir into soup. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
