3 tbl Chicken fat
3 tbl Minced onion
1/4 cup Flour
4 cup Chicken broth
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the chicken fat and cook the onion in it 10 minutes. Add the flour and then gradually the broth, stirring constantly until mixture reaches the boiling point. Add the chicken and cook over low heat 10 minutes.

Serves 4 to 5.
