1/2 lb small red new potatoes with skins, cleaned and halved
1 lb green beans, cleaned and trimmed
2 tbl extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
1/2 cup shredded fresh basil
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until tender when pierced with a fork, about 15 minutes. Transfer potatoes with a slotted spoon to a large bowl.

Add green beans to the same boiling water; cook until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain in a colander; rinse under cold water to stop the cooking. Add to bowl with potatoes.

Whisk together oil, mustard, salt, pepper, basil and oregano in a small bowl; mix into bowl with potatoes and beans. Serve, or refrigerate until serving.
