Instructions: Wash potatoes well. Leave skins on, remove eyes. Cut into large pieces. Boil until done, about 15 minutes. Drain and place in large bowl.
While the potatoes cook, cook bratwurst according to package directions. Cool and cut into bite size pieces, add to potatoes. Thinly slice the green scallions and add to bowl. Make a dressing with the vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to bowl and mix well. Refrigerate. Serve chilled. Email this Recipe:
