2 tbl warm water (110 degrees)
1/4 cup bread flour
1/2 cup instant potato flakes
2 tbl dry milk
2 tbl white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbl vegetable oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Place ingredients in the bread machine in the order suggested by the machines manufacturer. Set machine to Light Crust.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
