Instructions: In small saucepan place diced potato in water. Bring to a boil. Cook uncovered about 15 minutes or until potato is soft. Dont drain liquid. Mash potato into liquid.
Measure potato and liquid. Add water or milk to make 1 1/4 cups. Place all ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Yield: 1 loaf Email this Recipe:
