Instructions: Peel potatoes, chop roughly, put in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add egg, flour and salt. Blend for further one minute.
Pour enough oil in frying pan to cover base. Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture into hot oil, fry gently 6 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle with salt. Makes approximately 25. Email this Recipe:
