8 med Potatoes
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup Melted margerine
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
1 sm Onion, chopped very fine
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook 8 medium potatoes in salted water with a bay leaf. Let cool. Peel and grate coarsely. Put in greased 9x13 baking pan. Mix together and pour over potatoes remaining ingredients.

Cover and bake 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle top with: 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup crushed potato chips Bake a few minutes more.
