Instructions: Combine oats and flour in a bowl. Rub in butter with fingertips, then knead in mashed potatoes to form a stiff dough. Carefully roll out on a floured board and cut out thin rounds using a cookie cutter or upside-down glass. Cook on greased trays at 350 for 20 minutes or until crackers are crisp and lightly browned.
