Instructions: Simmer in water with 2-3 bouillon cubes, and a grind of pepper for about 20 minutes.
Mash a little with a potato masher- Add a dollop of light or fat-free sour cream if you like it Add a couple of tbsp. of chopped fresh dill. Eat it up. Have some for lunch the next day- its good at room temp., too. Email this Recipe:
