Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
2 lb	Potatoes, sliced
1 lb	Extra lean ground beef
4 tbl	Margarine or butter
1 lrg	Onion, chopped
2 x	Bay leaves
1 cup	Water

Instructions:

Instructions: Saute onion in margarine; add meat & fry until browned. Add potatoes, bay leaves, water, salt & pepper to taste. Do not stir. Cover & simmer about 20 minutes.
