Instructions: Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half crosswise into 4 pieces. On 6 long skewers, thread potatoes. Brush with oil. Place kabobs on lightly oiled grill rack over medium-hot coals. Grill uncovered 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, turning once during cooking. In small suacepan mix soup and milk. Over low heat, heat through, stirring often. Serve over potatoes.
Variation: Increase oil to 1/4 cup. Prepare as in step 1. In 15 by 10 inch jelly roll pan, toss potatoes with oil. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, turning once during cooking. Proceed as in step 3. Email this Recipe:
