Instructions: Fresh chopped parsley (if available)- otherwise use dried
Follow the recipe on the box. Saute onions in olive oil and add the entire mixture to the potato mix(s), add the grated carrots and seasoning. Bake in well oiled pan and bake at 350 degrees F until done. NOTE: Obviously other veggies could be added if one desired. The key to success is the sauteed onions. It makes a world of difference.
