Ingredients:

6 x -8 small potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch (1 cm) slices
1 lb (450 g) button mushroom caps, stems removed
1 x -3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp (5 ml) paprika
Instructions:
Instructions: Toss all ingredients in a mixing bowl to combine thoroughly. Grill over hot coals until tender and golden brown, turning once halfway through cooking. The potatoes will take about 8 minutes per side, the mushrooms about 5 minutes per side.

Serves 4 to 6.
