Instructions: Combine potatoes, onion, and sour cream. Sift in flour. Mix well. add egg yolks and seasoning. Mix well. Fold in egg whites. Turn into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 deg F. for 30 minutes. Serve with spiced applesauce.
