Amount	Ingredient
2 cup	mashed potatoes
1 tsp	butter or margarine, melted
2 x	well beaten eggs
1 cup	milk
	Grated cheese, optional

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a well greased casserole.

Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven until well browned.
