Instructions: Place potatoes in a medium saucepan; cover with cold water and add a little salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Drain and steam for a few minutes to slightly dry the potatoes. Pass through a ricer into a medium bowl.
