1/2 lb ground beef
1 sm green pepper
1 sm red pepper
1 sm onion
1 tbl vegetable oil
Tabasco sauce
chili powder
1 x 10 oz can tomato sauce
Velveeta Mexican Cheese
sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Clean and bake potatoes for 1 hour; let cool. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the insides, leaving shell intact. Set aside. Saute chopped onion and peppers in oil until tender. Add ground beef, tomato sauce, Tabasco sauce and chili powder (spices to taste). Let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Fill potato shell with ground beef mixture. Add melted cheese sauce over top of potato shell. Serve immediately. (For appetziers, use small potatoes)
