Instructions: Chop up potatoes (you dont have to peel them if you dont want to). Bring broth, salt, onions, celery and potatoes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add half & half and warm through - try to keep it from boiling if you can because it keeps it looking prettier. Add garlic salt to taste, if desired. Serve into bowls and top with Crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, or shredded cheese
