Instructions: In small bowl mix together potatoes and Parmesan cheese.
Roll chicken in mixture. Pour milk in shallow bowl, dip chicken in milk and roll in potato mixture again. Pour remaining any remaining milk and potatoes in bottom of small greased baking dish. Arrange tomato quarters around chicken. Pour broth over all and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake, uncovered, in 400-degree oven for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350, cover and cook 15 minutes longer. Turn chicken, and cook, covered, 15 minutes longer.
